The facilities in our hotels are open!  Please note : limited available to prevent too many people being in the same places at the same time.

Please visit the different items on our website to inform you about the latest and most up to date information.

Restaurant, hotel bar, breakfast room, kitchen, terrace

The restaurant, hotel bar, breakfast room and terrace have been reopened!

Our kitchen is open daily from 12:00 to 21:00

In our bar or on our terrace you are welcome from 10:00 to 00:00

You can have have breakfast from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:30

You can have breakfast on Saturday from 07:00 to 11:00

You can have breakfast on Sunday from 08:00 to 11:00

Fitness & Wellness

Our fitness is open again from 1 July, however under certain conditions such as entering a time slot. Specifically for our hotel, this means:

- Maximum 1 person (or own group) per hour on reservation  - 1 person or 1 same group in our fitness

Unfortunately, we have not yet received permission with regard to our wellness ( jacuzzis and sauna ).

Consequently, our wellness area will unfortunately remain CLOSED until further notice

Minibar and vending machine

Unfortunately we are not allowed to fill the minibar and the refrigerator therefore remains empty. In our lobby there is a vending machine as an alternative

Housekeeping service

Unfortunately, we have to propose to guests who stay in the hotel for several days to keep the room in order. Unfortunately we are not allowed to offer housekeeping service. For extra towels, shampoo, shower gel and coffee you can go to the receptiondesk or contact us by phone ( dial 9 from your room > reception)

Room service

Room service is possible, the cost is 7 €.

The current rules remain.

Either the guest collects the order himself outside the room (eg in the consumption room). Or a catering employee takes the order to the room door. Any physical contact between guest and catering employee should be avoided as much as possible. This also applies when picking up the order once finished

Laundry service

Laundry service is offered again. You can contact our reception for this ( dial 9 from your room > reception)


 

Safe and comfortable

At Van der Valk, the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees has the highest priority. In order to guarantee your health and safety, we would like to ask you to observe the following policy during your visit to our hotel:

  • Follow indicated walking direction and hygiene measures
  • Keep 1.5 meters distance from other guests and employees
  • Do not shake hands with fellow guests or hotel staff
  • Wash your hands regularly and in accordance with RIVM guidelines
  • Use paper towels to dry your hands
  • Cough and sneeze in your elbow and turn away from fellow guests and hotel staff
  • Preferably pay with pin or contactless

Do you have symptons of a cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough or increase to 38 degrees Celsius? Then we ask you to stay at home and not to come to the hotel.

Can Van der Valk be open as a hotel and restaurant?


Yes, according to government guidelines it is allowed to be open as a hotel. Unfortunately, food and beverage options in the restaurant for our hotel guests and other guests are not yet available.

Is visiting a Van der Valk hotel safe?


Van der Valk takes your health and that of the employees very seriously. We have tightened measures within the hotel so that this can be guaranteed. All Van der Valk hotels are furnished according to the guidelines of the RIVM. As a hotel, we do everything we can to keep risks to a minimum.

As a hotel guest, can I use the restaurant facilities?

The restaurant, hotel bar, breakfast room and terrace have been reopened!

Yes hiring a bicycle is possible, but unfortunately no electric.
