No, the app is free to download and use. You will also be able to continue using the app for free in the future.
Yes, there will be many more routes in the app with each hotel! The app has only just gone live, so the number will increase considerably. So keep a close eye on the app!
The data we have from you is the data you entered yourself when signing up (e-mail address, password, first and last name, gender, age, bike expertise and bike type). In addition, we collect information about how you use our app. Such as which functions you use, which routes you cycle/access, how much and how often you cycle and have cycled, and information about the device you use. We will NEVER share privacy-sensitive information with third parties.
To communicate with you and to promote the safety, integrity and security of the app. But also to improve our product and to measure and analyse the effectiveness of the app.
Users can leave their feedback at reception, they will make sure it gets to the app creators.
Bicycles
For the price of €11,- per day, you can rent bikes from 16th March 2024 to September 2024. Bicycles must be reserved at reception before 17:00.
And why not leave your car at home during your entire stay and opt for electric bicycles?
These can also be reserved with us at €35,- per bike from March to September! Feel free to inquire.
